How do I get help with logging into my account?

If you are experiencing issues accessing your account, please first try resetting your password. To do so:

  • Visit and click the Log In button.
  • Next click the Forgot Password link.
  • Enter the email you used to register on Sharecare and click the submit button.


An email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password at the email address you've entered. Please be sure to check your Junk or Spam folders for this mail as well.

If you continue to experience issue logging in or do not receive the email to reset your password within 24 hours, please use the Submit Your Request button above and select "Log In and Registration".
