What if I don’t want to appear in the Sharecare Health Directory?

Sharecare can remove you from its Health Directory upon request. Please contact customer service at profileupdates@sharecare.com, provide your full name, address, email address and profile link. Please also include a reason for the removal request. We will validate this request by email and or phone to confirm that you are the person identified in the Listing. Once we verify your profile with Sharecare, your request for removal will be fulfilled. Please note, once your listing has been removed from Sharecare, your profile may still appear on search engines, such as Google, until their search engine re-indexes the Sharecare.com site; during that time, clicking the search result will only link to a blank page without your personal information.
