How can I remove my Provider Profile?

Please contact provider data services at profileupdates@sharecare.com to update or remove your listing.

In order to help us verify your identity, please provide your full name, a link to your current Sharecare profile, and your NPI (National Provider Identification) number. Without this information we will not be able to fulfill your request.

Once we verify your profile with Sharecare, your request for removal will be fulfilled. Please note, once your listing has been removed from Sharecare, your profile may still appear on search engines, such as Google, until their search engine re-indexes the Sharecare.com site; during that time, clicking the search result will only link to a blank page without your personal information.
